Need clarification:

I asked the duplicate SIMCARD for one of your executive Mr. Panneer (99401 24099), who is sitting in our office branch (CTS – Pallikaranai) date (26-Nov). He replied like you have to go any nearest show room with your id proof and collect your duplicate SIMCARD, then I went to ASSCENDAS (Near to Tidel Park) Showroom and collect my SIMCARD on the same day.

While taking the New connection your executives are working very Admirable. but any issue/complaints we will come to your showroom. Then What would be the purpose that executive sitting in our office. If you say New connection and Marketing purpose then I would not agree. Please I want the clear clarification because I this time consuming issue.

Please take this as a serious complaint.
