2 GB Free Usage With Nokia C3

I had bought a new Nokia C3 alongwith airtel free gprs usage for 6 months, with that i was given a airtel sim, though i am using a vodafone number, i switched on to airtel to utilize the free intenet offer, in the begiing when i was buying my nokia handset, i was told that it will get activated as soon as i insert the airtel sim, but now it has been 3 days and still i havent got any 2 gb usage, over that i am being charged when i try to connect to the internet, i tried to contact the airtel customer care, there i was put on hold by the customer executive in the name of transferring my call to senior executive for more than 10 minutes, in the end i had to end the call myself.

I would like to get this 2 gb internet activated on my airtel sim as as possible.

else will have to take some stringent steps.
