Every time reduce the recharge balance

We had not take any facility from mobile services provider (AIR TEL). But they cut the the recharge balance in my mobile.i did many times complain to the air tel consumer service provider and they suggsted me to sms to the1909 number.but after some times, he continued to cut my balance from my mobile for many services. Due to this reason i faced many mantaly problem. My mobile no is 9867042805.Please take help me emidiately.
