Ringtone charges without any subscription

Recently Airtel has charged and dedcuted Rs.45 from My talktime and they are saying that i have activated hello tune services.

They are saying that whil dialling mine friend i Have pressed * due to which it got activted.

it its but offcourse that while speaking you press the * Button accidentally.

they are refusing to refune the charges saying that it cant be reversed, just like me thousands of customer are there who are unknowingly charged.

I think this shoud be stopped by AIRTEL as wihtout any confirmation from customer side ringtone should not be activated.
