Deactivation of mobile number without notice

My mobile number got deactivated without further notice.

my phone number: 9897549471

i wanted to recharge my card yesterday evening in kerala (i did that

already several times in fort cochin and it worked fine) - yesterday i

got a recharge confirmation for 3.33 Rs talktime for 333 Rs... Trans

ID 1630449154.

i called customer care in kerala - they said they cannoit help me

because my SIM is not from Kerala. then i got the following customer

care number: 9935199351 for uttaranchal..i tried calling several times

but nobody was able to speak english - so they just put down the

phone...

today a friend who speaks hindi talked to them..and after that i got

the following reference number:

CBDCC21227280675

until today noon my phone was working fine: now the outgoing call

facilities is not available anymore, i cannot send messages and i also cannot be called anymore.

can you please solve this issue urgently?

there should be still 66.53 Rs validity on it... so why isn't it working

anymore?

(i got my SIM card in october in rishikesh.)
