Message sending problem

Dear sir,

i am using airtel mobile services for past one year . last one month i could not send my messages . there is some problem with network and i have informed customer care many time . but nobody cares and the customer care staffs just doing nothing for my complaints .my mobile number is 9500411430 . i think airtel service is very waste . they doesnt care about customer . i dont know whom i have to contact to rectify my problem .i hope this mail will help and someone will do some thing to send message
