WiFi connection issue not resolved

Multiple times, I had complained about my internet connection getting dropped on and off in the wi-fi setup. Sometimes they closed the call without even visiting my place. Twice they have changed the modem. But the problem still persists. I feel they do not know how to resolve it. Shall I switch to other service provider?
