Nokia C3-Airtel free 6 months Internet usage

I had bought a new Nokia C3 alongwith airtel free gprs usage for 6 months on 07 Feb from mobile store, vikas surya plaza, m2k, Rohini, with that i was given a airtel sim, though i am using a vodafone number, i switched on to airtel to utilize the free intenet offer, in the begining when i was buying my nokia handset, i was told that it will get activated as soon as i insert the airtel sim, but now it has been 6 days and still i havent got any 2 gb usage, over that i am being charged when i try to connect to the internet.

Please help us to get this 2 gb internet activated on my airtel sim as as possible.
