Always activted VAS with out my conformation

I'm one of your coustomer, having this number (9831159572) from last 5year to till date. Last 2 or 3 month i'm disappointed with your service, because many time different type of alerets are activeted in my number without my permission & when i talk with coustomer care they said it was done by me which is absolutly wrong. To shortout this problem that time i'm registered in dnd but till now i'm suffering this problem again-n-again. This time some "parivesh" or bla-bla -bla alerts was activeted in my number, when i told to coustomer care they said it was active in each airtel number, after that when i'm helpless from your side that time i told to your employee that switch off my alert. After that when i add essey recharge of rs40., my all amount was decrease in balance, so kindly clear me what is this & why its happening to me?
