Activation of service w/o customer's approval

I am airtel customer (with no. 9871878270).

the incident dates back to 19th feb., saturday... when i received a call from airtel in afternoon playing a pre recorded msg advertising hello tunes service. i listened to it n then pressed 8 to repeat the songs. it started playing the first song again and suddenly the call disconnected on its own and the service was activated on its own. this is second time am complaining. i also received a call on 24th feb. of mr. deepak regarding the matter from airtel corporate office. he had said that my account will credited with rs.30 within two days that were deducted on their own. but before this he was just trying to prove me wrong. till now nothing has happened. i want the company to pay me my money back...
