Echarge of RS.45/- not done

I have paid Rs.45/- to recharge my cell no 9740222999 to one of recharger at mangalore but i have not received any confirmation message nor the amount added to my balace but retailer told me that recharge is succesfull as per his txid1296199589 on 28/02 at 8.11 pm from that day onwards i am complaining to airtel customer care with C no. CBNRA 20301552619, CBNRA20301578714, CBNRA20301181294 but till today the amount is not credited to my cell
