Dear sir

This is to inform you that am a subscriber of Airtel prepaid 918420631215 Kolkata Telecom Circle. I purchased this Sim on December 25th. My GPRS balance in this number is 1.6 GB approx. Dont know whats wrong with Airtel, For the last five days or so, am wont able to make any kind of outgoing calls and Data Usage (Internet Surfing). Whenever i going to call any number am getting this error prerecorded voice response "YOUR CALL IS BEING CONNECTED TO THE VERIFICATION DEPARTMENT" "PLEASE CHOOSE ONE OF YOUR LANGUAGE". When i chose the number, i get that your number is being connected to the customer care department, after that its saying Your number is invalid.. I have contacted their respective customer care department, "they said that everything is OK sir". Then the customer care agent asked me to hold the line in order to transfer my call to the senior Executive, m but the call gets disconnected automatically and my problem remains unsolved. I mean is this is No .1 mobile Operator of India?? They are not willing to solve my problem?? When i purchased the Sim i have submitted all the necessary documents, then whats the problem?? Please sort out my problem immediately. This kind of Uncare attitude from Airtel is totally unacceptable. Please Help me out and Contact me on my another number 919163303269. Am just got disconnected from the world. Please i want proper Resolution.
