Airtel deliberately delaying and rejecting the porting request

I've submitted Number Portability Request in order to switch (9970459050) to Idea network. I've been getting reasons from Idea that Airtel is giving non-sense reasons just to delay the NMP process evenafter paying the dues. I've generated Portability code multiple times, but still no success. I know Airtel is losing 5 years old customer but they should have thought of this earlier when I raised concerns over network coverage 100s of times. Just now I've receveid an SMS from Airtel saying "Kindly sms CPR to 51619 to cancel the porting request.>Is there any way we can lodge a formal complaint against Airtel thru TRAI etc...? please advise.-
