Rubbish deduction from prepaid account

Sir,

My mobile no. is 9701387528 and attached with Airtel coonection. From saturday, the airtel services is disrupted in many ways. First of all, their customer care complaint number are not working properly. Whenever, I tries to connect and talk to customer care executive, it disconnets in an unruly manner and about Rs. 65/- has been deducted from my prepaid account by showing activation of value added services and downloading some tunes from airtel, whereas, I have not activated any kind of services in my mobile and not downloaded anything yet. This is not customery and moderate behaviour as airtel services are showing. Now, i got fedup with this and planning to switchover to another services provider with MNP.
