I have noticed that I have been charged for these unwanted and unasked for services for several months. Please take a note
1. This is not a new matter in anyway, I have been getting this message for several months.
2. I wrote to Airtel in Jan and was told that the matter is taken care of and I won't get such messages again. the mail is reproduced below:
3. I once again request you to please check my account for last one year, (of course you can verify that I never asked for or used such stupid services) and credit all such debit charges without delay, else I am forced to take the matter to consumer court.

I filled a compliant on January 16 as follows.
AIRTEL STOP MAKING THESE ILLEGAL CHARGES :
Got a message of Rs. 20 charges for "weeklysub subscription" that we never
asked in the first place.
Called the Customer service and tried to explain. The rep was ex termly rude
and tried to put the blame on me.
On my firm denial asked me to be on hold to speak to a supervisor. After being
on hold the call was abruptly disconnected. I called again and was on hold
and
the call abruptly dropped after waiting for the supervisor to come to the line.
Insult on injury, Airtel is charging the customer services calls to complain
and not even answering or resolving the issue.
Very sick was to fleece customers, I bet even 1% don't follow-up to
complain... this is an obligation of AIRTEL to make sure such charges do not
come in the first place and there should be a user friendly was for the
customer to get credit where wrongfully done by AIRTEL.
I expect you to credit all such charges made on this number and make a note so
these things do not start again.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for writing to airtel.
With reference to your e-mail dated 25/01, you have expressed concern
regarding balance depletion towards GPRS service for your airtel mobile number

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused in this regard.
We would like to inform you that, there is a charge of Rs. 40/- for Weekly
subscription service through Airtel Live on 22/01 and 23/01.
Further, the amount of Rs. 40/- has been credited to your account on 25/01
as a one time benefit. Hence, we request you to check the same after 4 hours.
In order to avoid balance depletion, we request you to save the Mobile Office
settings as default settings and delete the Airtel Live settings.
For any online technical assistance to configure Mobile Office settings, you
may contact our Customer Care at 12118 (chargeable at 50 paise for 3 minutes)

We thank you and value your association with airtel.

We have never asked for these services and requested a number of times to discontinue these services.
You are requested to discontinue these at your end, and make sure these charges do not come up again.
Sadly... these charges never stopped.
I wrote to Airtel again and getting conflicting responses.
My request to Aritel is :
