Dear Sir/Madam

* Unluckily I am customer of Airtel (9779977755).

*And I have fad up from your people.

* I don’t know why this kind of culture you have.

* From day one I am facing wrong communication from your people.

* I take connection from Airtel Relationship M/s Kundanlal Communications.

* Mr. Ashok (Sales Executive, Mobile No. 084146001000) sold me the connection.

* He (Mr. Ashok) commit to me that Call Conference Changes need to pay only first month then after will never impose to me. But every month adding in my bill.

* He (Mr. Ashok) told that in my plan free time will adjust in STD calls also but I found only in local calls.

* Many time I try to contact him (Mr. Ashok) but he always avoid my phone and if talk then told will see.

* Once I was register a complain for the same but nobody care of that.

* In first week of February I did request some changes in my connection at M/s Kundalnlal Communication (Airtel Franchises) from Mr. Sunil (Executive in Showroom).

* I request to change Rs. 125/- Per Month plan and stop or remove Call Conference and SMS Pack.

* But yesterday on 17th March I visit your same store and confirm me that both pack still active and its charges impose in my bill.

* I spoke to customer care on phone but he told me that no any request for the same.

* I spoke to Mr. Ashok (Sales Executive at M/s Kundanlal Communications) and another Girl Executive to resolve this issue then bluntly both replied that they can’t do in this because this is customer bill and payment issue and have to pay.

* I paid my outstanding Rs. 138 after reducing the SMS pack and Call Conference Charnges (Rs. 98 90= Rs. 138) or Rs. 326-138= Rs. 138.

* I clear to M/s Kundanlal Communications that I will not pay any amount which is impose on my bill because of your fault. You please pay against your fault in my bill or do some provision for this dispute. From my side my bill is clear and I will not pay now against this bill.

* Very sorry to say which is true nobody in Airtel I saw customer friendly and always find their attitude just like any typical govt official.

* Now I decided to leave my airetel connection (9779977755).

* Kindly stop or disconnect my connection immediately after completing current month bill.

*Kindly adjust my remain adjustable security also in your bill and whatever amount will due that pay or deposit.

* Please consider my request on priority basis to avoid any more dispute.
