CONNECTION NOT WORKING FROM A MONTH

My Landline No. is 011-43085682. I had making complaints from One Month and I got no response from Airtel. Due to This My Work is Fully Disturbed. I just received one phone call from airtel next day asking me what the problem was and they said they will fix it. No one has visited my place to check where the problem is and I have not received anything further from Airtel. This is really pethatic. I want to discontinue with the services and want to take a Legal Action
