Unauthorided deduction

I'm P Sreinivasan my no. is 7760375877. Rs. 20/- has been deducted from my account on 16/03for subscription of Airtel Radio special offer, for which I didnot subscribe. Again on 21/03 I received a thanking message for choosing astrology service which was also not subscribed. Like this I have lost few hundreds of rupees & have been charged a number if times for various reasons. After these type of messages are received if we contact customer service, there is no response and the call gets cut every time. Like me there are other customers who are suffering. Please justify.
