Automatic subscription of services and balance deduction

Hi,

I m Airtel Customer. I didn't subscribe to any airtel live service and also did'nt download any cricket2011 game. But they send me an sms saying that "thanks for downloading cricket2011 from airtel, you have been charged with Rs. 99" on 20/3 and i get an sms on 23/3 saying that your TadkaLive subsciption has been renewed and you have been charged with Rs.20 whereas i did'nt have any such subscription in the first place. I want to get rid of these services and also i want to refund my deduced balance.
