This is a chor and a lala company. The customer care is pathetic. They are sitting just to fill their pockets.
I just got a transfer from kanpur to dehradun and requested the customer care to surrender my number. On hearing this, he asked me some weird questions about my mom and then said that we are unable to recognize you as our customer. I felt disgusted.
I said, what do you want to stop this service. I had already made all the payment. I said, i will not pay a single penny, if you continue with this number without listening to me. They simply refuse to cut this number, citing sales achievement and closing shortage as a problem. This irritated me.
I just gave up and told them to do whatever they can but i will not pay a single penny hereafter. They started calling on the numbers on which i used to talk the most, for inquiring my new number but my friends simply thrashed them. They have no fear of law as technology is with them and not with the helpless consumer, otherwise i would have dragged them to court.
But i would like to warn general public to safe guard themselves against this fraud company and you will realise it when you would be leaving their service or when you fail even a bit in making a payment to them. They also make so many hidden chares which you may not be aware off at all.
