I am using my airtel prepaid connection since the airtel lanched in kashmir . but i am not satisfied with its network as a am not getting proper netork in the area where i am actiually residing . i made many complaints regarding the same but all in vain and i have recieved many calls from airtel customer care, they always assured me that the problem will be resolved very soon. now the only option for me is to change the network operator. i also tried for MNP (Mobile number portability) for which i have been asked to make call on 1900 for UPC, i got the information from IVR that we will contact you within 6 hours . but i did not recieve any call from their side.
