Charged for services not used

Hi,

i have been charged total amount of 60rs in multiple deductions of 20rs and basically being charged for some frendz chat wit an automated call from airtel... Also have been charged for some game site subscription which i never used or had subscribed (http://gclub.in) so please refund my amount ASAP... I have been using airtel services for 7 years now and this problem can make me switch service provider to others.
