Post Paid bill

Have been using airtel postpaid CUG connection in

Chennai.(9677011040).

My outgoing calls were charged at 1.50/min even after me opting for a

service which bring down my call charges.

I have mail proofs for request for activation of the service, but the

customer care refused to activate this service for no reason.

I have raised this request on July 27th. But was not having any

change in the bill amount. They continued to charge me. After raising

concern through several calls and mails, Airtel has not changed it.

I want to get back all the money that I have paid extra.
