Complaint: MISMATCHING OF DOCUMENTS AND OWNER BY AIRTEL OFFICE.

I was using mobile no. 9766058481 from last 3 years. 3 years ago, I had purchased prepaid airtel sim card of mobile no.9766058481 on my name. At that time documents were mismatched by airtel office. Now that sim card was damaged but i hav that sim card no. H-2 8991900805281867411. So I want to purchase on my name but airtel office was not giving me services for that.
