WRONG DEDUCTION OF HELLO TUNE CHARGES

Sir, it is matter of shame for airtel that whenever recharge is done, charges in the name of hello tunes are automatically deducted by airtel without any authenticated msg/request from user end. every time customer care is to be contacted for refund of such charges. but, this time they have not refunded the amount though i have checked all the numbers in the dialled list. it is is high handedness and apethetic attitude of airtel. my number is 9971912319
