Airtel message problem

I am unable to send the messages from my Mobile, and complaint also in airtel. severla times. everytime i get a complaint no. and if i cal again then they stop trasfering the calls in customer care. i am facing very problme in the same and unabel to send teh messages. my all work depends on the messages only. I hope i wil get a promnpt reply from your end and wil gey a urgent call with my problem solution for the same.
