Sent my helper (uneducated) to the nearest mobile shop (mobile no. 9413604240) Ratnada to recharge my airtel no. with a talktime for 100/- . The shopkeeper recharged my phone with 100/- that gave a talktime for just Rs 0.10.

on confronting, he refused to cancel this recharge. what is airtel and his shops upto. cheating customers... iwant arefund or a change of my scheme.
