BALANCE CUT AND NOT CONNECT WITH CUSTOMER CARE

Dear Sir/Madam

I have use Airtel sim on my cell and i have very upset Beacuse all time my balance cut in wrong matter when i have asked customer care he disconnect my call and stop uses of customer care service and when i have use onother person mobile than also cut my call any one not get information properly pl help
