GOONDARAJ at Airtel Relationship centre, Galleria, Gurgaon

Dear Mr. Sunil,

I've faced lots of harrasment at Airtel Relationship Centre, Galleria at Gurgaon. All of executive are absolutely phathatic, incompetent and uneducated. I visited the centre with all the required documents for ownership conversion but even then he was saying that documents are incomplete and come again with the documents as said that Vendor Stamp is missing from lease agreement. When I asked what is vendor stamp and why are you looking for? He started cracking jokes at me in front of numerous people but still didn't give an answer. I was completly frustrated as my 2hrs worth of efforts just wasted with useless people. Unfortunately when I said that am going to complai about the centre, he look that very lightly and challenged me to go anywhere. Not sure where should I go and whom to escalate???

Completely GOONDARAJ... I literally want to throw my airtel connection...
