Sms recharge

I had recharged my number with an sms scheme of rs.102 which gives 500 messeges free daily for 30 days.

But as soon as i sent 100 messeges afterwards they started charging me. I called airtel customer service and the particular person started overacting. I mean he didn't give me a proper solution for my problems and he is arguing with me? what kind of dumb head do you'll give jobs? as well as my friend is facing the same problem... the customer service is pathetic... with this kind of behaviour you'll are losing your customers... and it's going to be your loss.. i want solution to my problem as soon as possible...
