AIRTEL is applying all tactics of stealing the money from my pre-paid credit and troubling me with obscene messages. List given below:

1. They automatically deduct pre-paid credit without any intimation.

2. They send obscene service messages. Frequency - atleast 20 messages in 1 day.

3. They sometimes charge more than the call rate given in the plan.

4. Their billing is inaccurate, since they bill for 2 seconds more than airtime call duartion.

AIRTEL once used to be the BEST servcie provider.

But now I think that due to increasing competition, it has succumbed to these illegal ways to CHEAT its customers and duping MILLIONS of its customer to the tune of BILLIONS of RUPEES.

Its high time that TRAI takes some action against this FORGERY and FRAUD, and fine AIRTEL atleast 5 - 10 BILLION RUPEES it STEALS from its innocent customers every year.

FUCK YOU AIRTEL!! FUCK YOU SUNIL MITTAL!! YOU FUCKING BASTARD!!
