GPRS not working

I have an airtel prepaid connection (mobile) and have also availed the Rs. 98 pack for 2 GB GPRS connection. My mobile no. is 9005981639 and the mobile set is iPhone 4. This is a Lucknow number and presently I am in Mumbai on some business work for the past 1.5 months. Lately the GPRS connection is not working and also customer care is not getting connected after hearing the IVRS message that the call will be charged at 50p/3mins. This is a recurring problem. I am aware that there can be some problems in the connection intermittently but straight 3 days is outrageous.

Hoping you will live up to the Airtel brand and resolve the issue ASAP.
