Unauthorised charge

On 24th march service provider Airtel deducted 10 RS from my balance for HELLO TUNE which i

have not request them. When i call to customer service center of Airtel, they are saying that i call them at 10pm and request them for this hello tune. But the truth is that i never call them for that service. I think they are providing fake information and making profit by illegal means. Its a serious issue. Please look into this matter. Hoping for quick response.
