Manhandling and Harrassment of Lady by Security

Ww visited Airtel Relationship Centre in Indiranagar, Banaglore, on 19 Feb to make payments. This was our second attempt as the CC machine was not working a few days earlier. Once again we were told that the CC machone is not woorking. When we exited, there was a commotion as thr traffic police was impounding motorcycles that were parked illegally. We had walked to the store.

The security Guard (Kumar) thought this to be a perfect opportunity to misbehave with me. He stood in front and grabbed me inappropriately. I yelled at him and hje just smirked. It was only when he realized that my husband was there that he backed off. We asked him to apologize. Soon there was a crowd and he decided that he would not tender an apology.

We were shocked. When we confronted him about his actions he just dismissed us daring us to complain. We spoke to a person claiming to be the manager. Later we found out the manager is someone else.

We called Airtel Customer Service and explained. They assured us that they would check and get back to us. A month later we repeated the whole process including sending a letter to the store manager.

Despite assurances, we are yet to get any call from Airtel.

Well, Mr. Bharti, sometme when you take a break between counting the millions you make across the world, do take a moment to understand how dark the hues are of your "empire."
