E-Recharge done but no talktime

Hi,

This is regarding a complaint about the E-Recharge.

My mobile number is 99672755531.

I did an E-Recharge worth Rs 1, 000 on the 4th of June (Saturday, yesterday) at around 11 PM. The recharge was successful as per the SMS I received. But the SMS states that my Talktime is only 1 Re. How is this possible?

The transaction ID is 263240143.

The entire of the consumer complaint forums are filled with similar complaints from many other users. So, I assume you are not new to this problem. Hence, kindly rectify mine at the earliest.
