Message not receiving

Dear sir/mam

my name is Nitesh saini. I am using Airtel sim in my lg mobile.

my complaint is that something is wrong in my airtel account. I am not receiving messages from

my friends, relatives and airtel company etc. when i check my balance on *121# it also not

showing the balance. I change also my mobile but it also not showing message, so problem

occuring in airtel service.when i called AIRTEL COSTUMER CARE they receive the call but

does not tell me any solution of this problem,

PLEASE HELP ME.plz plz
