SOME SERVICES ARE ACTIVATED AUTOMATICALLY AND BALANCE IS CUT FOR THE SAME FROM MOBILE BALANCE. CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT RESPONDING..SO I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM...
ONCE I CONTACTED I WAS ASKED TO BE ONLINE TO TALK TO HIGHER AUTHORITY BUT THEY NEVER TURNED UP... AND I WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES ONLINE CALL COST @2/MIN... THEN I CUT THE LINE... VANISHING OF BALANCE HAS BECOME VERY COMMON IN MY PLACE. I WANT TO THEM TAKE PROPER ACTION AGAINST THE CULPRIT AND BRING JUSTICE TO IT
