Non refund of deposit

Mobile connection surrendered on 10/nov. Refund of rs 550 was supposed to be rcvd in 60 days i.e 10/jan. Today is 16/june & still chasing hutch for the refund. I get false msgs that delivery attempted was failed & they are unable to contact me on my alternate numbers. Do not u/std when the same hutch connection is working why the company wants to call me on alternate number??? Have claimed for full refund with interest & late pymt charges like how the company levies on us when the bill pymt gets delayed.

Plz help smb!!!
