Activating services without permission

Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that AIRTEL charges for services without permission. I have been registered for friends chat several times even when I have not been using the number for several weeks.

It looks like a big racket when they see the particular number with a high balance-they start deducting Rs 30 or what so ever from your balance. This is called "stealing" in simpler words-and I wonder why they do it??

Its a shame that they treat their customers like that and then are not available to attend to your problems. None seem to know the solution whenever you call them... thats pathetic..why not supervisors take the call if the CC executive cannot satisfy the customer??

Every customer is important..aren't they charge from everyone-so everyone should be attended and get their problem solved.

Even would like to add that why should we pay to call AIRTEL... all calls should be toll free not just one 121.

Having been established in the telecommunications sector for years and endorsed by celebrities..AIRTEL fail to live up to the customers satisfaction.

Its really disappointing!
