Recharge Boy Activate my caller tune cause i didnot recharge from him

My phone number is 9007576142. my recharge boy intentionally activate a caller-tune in my number, because i didnot recharge my number from him. there is no calls no sms i received to activate. RS 45/- deducted from my account balance. I want my money back. and want to take a step against him.please do a favour for me. I am a Old customer of airtel. and i am going to change my service provider. It is just irritating.
