No action taken on connectivity issue

Hi,

I would like to raise a complaint regarding Airtel mobile services, I have raised complaints regarding network connectivity issues since Jan still no one has attended and people airtell are least botherd with it. Evrytime I need to speak to the supervisor they disconect the call in between. Please advice
