Unwanted caller tune facility and deduction of charge

Dear Sir,

This has been a practice on the part of AIRTEL for a considerable period of time to render caller tune facility to customer even though no request has been made. Not only that the charges of Rs. 30/- (Caller tune charges) & Rs 15/- (songs download charges) is being promptly deducted without the consent from the customer. When message is being immediately sent to 543211, the facility is withdrawn but the charges are not refunded. This is a clear case of cheating and needs to be addressed immediately. I, being the holder of Airtel No. 9893343662 is one of the victims. No solution is coming from the worthless customer care centre of Airtel. I am thinking to drag this nonsense mobile provider to the court of law.
