Pathetic services offered by Hutch

Hi. i was using Idea and was happy with that... I received a call from the Hutch care center regarding a postpaid connection offered by Hutch. I agreed to take the connection as it was sounding good that time.they told me that the new number will be activated within 24 Hrs.. its now 7 days past but the bloody number is still not working. I am in big trouble, and i tried hutch care and the DSA numbers many times a day and every new person told me that it will take 2-3 more hours to get it activated. It now seems that Hutch is really providing superb services to the customers as I was continuously getting calls from Hutch care before I made the payment and submitting my documents, but after that I have not received any call from Hutchcare. The number they offered me is 9899300981. Its still not working and now I dont expect anything from Hutch care because they only make promises, nothing else.
