Unable to unsubscribe mms

I have not activated the mms.. but then i have a massive reduction of more than Rs.100/- from my mobile balance.. this is really irritating.. tried many times to contact airtel services (198 and 121) but till today i didn't get a remedy.. i want the airtel services to get this done very soon.. each penny is worth to be considered and i hope the services take a prior action to my complaint.. my number - 9840274443
