Promotional message recieved in Early Hrs

I have received promotional message from mobile no. 918149952198, on 21/9 at 4.10am, through Airtel provider. As per the guidelines set by TRAI, no promotional message should pass on the peak hours ie.between 8pm. to 8am. This is purely harrasment of a customer by sending such kind of messages in peak hours. Expecting co-operation.
