Value added service

Im using Airtel prepaid number 9940448870 yesterday i got message that "Get 4 Movies" is activated in my mobile and i was charged Rs.30.I never requested to acftivate any such service. I contacted customer care to deactivate the amount and revert the money. The request is CBDOV21101004654, but till now the amount was not credited to my account. I like TRAI should interfere in the Value Added Services that only on written request any VAS should be activated.
