MMS related issue

My Airtel Mob# is 8374787907.

I have received a MMS from my friend for which I have been given link http://125.21.241.88/mms/ and user id and password to view the MMS. However, when I try with the provided userid and pwd, I am getting error that user id and pwd are incorrect.

I tried to call Airtel customer care (121) and they didn't had any idea about this and after making me wait for 10 mins they told me to call technical assistance at 12118. When I called technical assiatnce, they also don't had any idea and asked me to call Customer care.

Just let me know, if your service executives are not trained enough, why you guys charge for customer care.

I am really very disappointed.
