Blocking simcard without any notice or message

Dear Sir,

My husband Mr. Pravin Jagannath Bendale is using Airtel Sim card Number 9975816022. Company has blocked sim services before 10 days. After inquiring they told us to submit the documents. Documents are submitted. But still he is not getting the service. Every time the customer care representative is telling different reasons. He used my number for talking with the customer care representative now they are not taking any call from my number.
