Activate Packages

Dear Sir,

With reference to my mobile number 9871271053 provided by Bharti Airtel Ltd., I would like to bring to your notice that. today on 31/12 i received a message "Thank you for choosing Live Devotion Pack. You have been charged Rs 3 per/day. call 507874 to enjoy 90 min. of free browsing. To stop call 543212903". and debited Rs 3/- from my balance amount in my mobile. But i did not chose any such Pack. I also regret to say that on 26/12 i have received a message " You have activated airtel radio pack for Rs 30/- PM. due to low balance in your account you have been charged Rs 10/10 days. to stop this service call 54321300. I have never done such a request to the airtel. So, why they are doing this practice from time to time without my consent?

So, you are kindly requested to ask Bharti Airtel Ltd not to activate any such Package on my Mobile Number 9871271053 and credit Rs 3/- in my account which have been debited from my account on 31/12.
