Deactivation of VAS

Dear Sir,

For the past one month my account has been deducted with Rs 1/day for jokes automatically. i had not sent any message to activate this package nor did i call any number. i am at a loss to understand how the service has been activated unilaterally. i tried to unsubscribe to the service but did not succeed. i do not wish to receive these jokes and i dont know how this pack is getting activated kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. my mobile no is 8130645668
